Robijnhof is in Utrecht's Tolsteeg district. Designed by Rietveld shortly after the Second World War, the homes were practical and affordable, meant for ‘ordinary’ people. The interiors were designed to be spacious and light.

The Centraal Museum has furnished the model home at Robijnhof 13 in the original style, complete with furniture made by renowned local furniture manufacturer Pastoe. A visit is like stepping back into the 1950s!

Every last Sunday of the month the model home is open. Only 12 persons are allowed per hour. All tickets are sold online. Book now and discover Rietveld's surprising design on Robijnhof.
